Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

 

  • Confirmation: Your reservation is only confirmed once you have paid the required deposit or full payment to Panama Beach Lodge.

  • Deposit: The deposit amount can vary. This amount will be taken off your total accommodation cost when you check in.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds (Important)

 

  • Deposits/Payments are Non-Refundable: Any deposit or payment you make is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • No Stay: If you pay but then decide not to stay at the Lodge, we will not issue a refund for the amount paid.

  • Shortening Your Stay (Early Departure): If you leave earlier than planned, Panama Beach Lodge may choose to refund you up to 30% of your total reservation amount.

    • To request a refund: You must send an email request to pmabeachlodge@gmail.com within 48 hours after your departure.

    • Refund Method: Any refund will be issued using the same method you used to pay (e.g., cash or credit card).

 

3. Date Changes

 

  • One Change Allowed: You can change your reservation date only once, and it is always subject to availability.

  • No Availability: If we cannot reschedule your booking, you will lose your payment, and no refund will be given.

 

4. No Show

 

  • Failure to Arrive: If you do not show up on the day of your reservation ("no show"), your payment or deposit will not be refunded.

  • No Extra Charge: You will not be charged any extra fees, but the amount you already paid is lost completely.

 

5. Check-in / Check-out

 

  • Check-in: From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.

  • Late Arrival: Panama Beach Lodge does not have a 24-hour front desk. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 p.m., you must let us know beforehand via WhatsApp (the number is on our official website).

 

6. Other Conditions

 

  • Pets: Pets are welcome, but only in private rooms.

  • Minimum Age: To make a booking, you must be 18 years or older.

  • Minors: Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 9:00 p.m. out of respect for the other guests' rest.

    • Guests who want to continue socializing or listening to music can do so on the beach at their own risk, but must return to the Lodge quietly.

  • Personal Items: Panama Beach Lodge is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left behind on the property.

 

7. Additional Services

 

  • We may offer or arrange third-party services like surf lessons, yoga classes, or transportation.

  • These services are subject to availability and the specific payment and cancellation rules of the outside provider.
